1 对象与方法

1.1 纳入标准与排除标准 纳入标准:(1)年龄5~14 岁;(2)符合中华医学会儿科学分会呼吸学组制定的《儿童支气管哮喘诊断与防治指南》的诊断标准[7]。排除标准:(1)合并其他肺部疾病者;(2)合并严重心、肝、肾等疾病者。

1.2 研究对象 选择2010 年1月—2013年12月在绍兴市人民医院儿科哮喘专病门诊就诊及住院的98例支气管哮喘患儿作为慢性持续期组,其中男50例,女48例;年龄5 ~14岁,平均(8.9±2.2)岁;轻度47例,中度43例,重度8例。选择同期在本院治疗的40例缓解期支气管哮喘患儿为缓解期组,其中男21例,女19例;年龄6~14岁,平均(8.6±1.9)岁。另选择同期在本院儿童保健门诊体检健康的儿童40例作为健康对照组,其中男22例,女18例;年龄6~14岁,平均(8.1±1.2)岁。3组性别、年龄比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.182,F=2.074,P>0.05)。
