Ⅰ.审题谋篇

体裁:邀请信,属于实用性应用文写作。

人称:第一、二、三人称。

时态:以一般现在时和一般将来时为主。

情感基调:介绍美食节相关事宜时,语言要翔实,语气要实在;邀请对方参加时,要表达出情真意切的情感。

Ⅱ.微技能要求:目标读者的交流和语言的得体性

邀请信的内容包括介绍某项活动、某个节日,然后邀请对方参加等。写作时应该让对方了解此项活动的具体情况,并且引发对方的兴趣。因此要尽量介绍活动的亮点和出彩之处。邀请对方参加某项活动时,语气要婉转并且情真意切,但要避免口语化。
