As a consequence, it took more time than expected and resulted in much noise. To make things better, my parents will ask a professional worker to do the unfinished work this weekend during daytime. I decided to have a try,although things didn't go quite as expected.I tried to snowboard with my“new legs”, but I failed again and again. One time, what shocked me was that after I fell, my legs, which were still attached to my snowboard,went flying down the mountain, while I was on top of the mountain still. I was so discouraged,but I knew that if I could find the right snowboard, I would be able to do this again. Though I did lots of research, I couldn't find any proper snowboard to use.
So I decided to make a special snowboard in my way.Supported by my parents, I convinced a snowboard maker to make a unique snowboard which could be suitable for my“new legs”. This snowboard allowed me to follow my dream again.I started snowboarding. Last year, I won two World Cup gold medals,which made me the highest ranked adaptive female snowboarder in the world. Believing in our dreams and facing our challenges positively may allow us to live our lives beyond our limits.
